No workout last night. Saving my energy for tomorrow with the trainer. The 12 week challenge has officially started so I need to get going if I want to do well. I wonder how much weight I can lose in 12 weeks and still be able to function well at workouts? I will need to watch my deficits and time some carbs with my workouts. I'm still in a keto adjustment period so I need to balance everything. My ketone meter is supposed to come today, hopefully it will have test strips, if not they should arrive on Monday.
