Hello 80's. I've officially reached my 90kg milestone. My new one will be 85kg. I did cheat alot this pass week. I even ate rice, deer curry etc. which is not so keto friendly. Cant help it when it's free ;). Nontheless I'm still happy with the result.

Vegans have something called “freegan” that means eating animal products only when free (ie other peoples leftovers that would otherwise go to waste). Maybe keto dieters need a word for that. Freeto? 🤣🤣

Thanks cindy😊🌻. Freegan? That's interesting, I really didn't know that. Haha maybe we should😂. It's something like a dinner party at my neighbour's house. Foods is an all you can eat buffet, but really had to hold myself.
