i really like the support i get from you guys over here its really amazing, i am really struggling with my confindence i can look at myself in the mirror and id feel so terrible because i dont like what i see, i think a lot and i think i jugde myself harshly ... I am trying everyday to do the right things bt my moods get in the way hormones get in the way i end up storing more fat rather because of eating too less or nothing at all... any advise , motivation i would really appreciate

Just take it one day at a time. one good food choice at a time and one workout session at a time. even if you don't see it keep moving in the right direction. we all have our bad days but I promise you it will get better and once you see the change for yourself even a very small difference that's all the motivation you'll need. Don't give up on yourself because you're all you have
