ZZZZZZUMBAAAA!!!!! I did over an hour today, plus a 30 minute walk! And most of the zumba hour I did the hard dvd! I might not be able to move tomorrow but it was so much fun!

I picked up the steps pretty quickly, well most of them, thanks to all my years ballroom dancing.

Even just doing it for one day has given me such confidence. And I can't wait to have one of those zumba bodies! LOL

Lets hope the weight wiggle tracks down soon!

A huge thank you to Leanne for being so generous. You really have made me smile, I was having a rotten crying day today until that package arrived, then it became awesome! Smooches and hugs!!!!!!

Squiggs your so welcome my friend! It was so nice to be able to put a smile on your face after every thing you have gone through! Why sell it when I could help a friend in need! Lol also I was hoping it would keep you warm until you get the heat sorted! Lol

It surely did! I rarely sweat when I exercise, well this made me sweat! And my muscles are already protesting which is perfect! Means they had a great workout! LOL Now every time I am feeling cold I am going to wiggle my hips, butt and boobies!!! ROFL!

Hey Squiggs -been out of the loop lately, but am glad to see you this morning to try to catch up! That was truly a very sweet thing for Lea to ship those to you! And so glad you had fun doing them!!! You might be sore, but SO WHAT!!! Just means time to do them again, until you are no longer sore! Been praying for your hubby - I read about his job, and probation stuff (which I am sorry about, btw) but glad he is still working, and glad that you two have each other. Any further word on getting the heat back in the house? What are your folks doing for heat? Every time I see a glimpse of your journal here, there have been more quakes or aftershocks, etc...and it stops me in my tracks to pray for you some more. You are such an amazingly strong woman - been through TOO MUCH - but still look at you go! Admiring you and encouraging you all at the same time. Never give up, Squiggs - you can do this (the weight part) - portion control and exercise will go a long ways to getting this ball rolling again for you. (well, that and a reduction in stress...not sure how to work on that, except to continue to pray :)

The good news is I am not too sore this morning, just a gentle ache. Will probably do a toning one today and another big cardio one tomorrow... No word on the heating, we were meant to have builders around this week but none rang or turned up so we wait.... I do get frustrated and cry a lot about it lately, but now when I am cold I will just zumba LOL THank you for your prayers, I am sure that prayer is what is helping us get through. My heart still aches when I think of all the destruction, especially right in town. They are saying about 900 buildings will be demolished in there. It's hard to comprehend! Hugs to Leanne, Paula and Bren. Everyone here has been so supportive and kind. It really warms my heart.

Hi Squiggs: Those dang ol' earthquakes just need to quiet down and go away. I don't think I could be as strong as you are. You are amazing! Maybe when I loose about 25 more lbs I will give the Zumba a try. LOL! I like exercise that is addicting (such as swimming). I will continue to say prayers for you. Squiggs it is sad that so many buildings have become unsafe and need to come down. The Biggest Loser TV show did 2 episodes from New Zealand and I have to say your country is gorgeous beyond all words!!

I agree they need to go away. Then again, when they get quieter we wonder if we are in for another 22nd Feb again... LOL. You could do zumba at any weight, just take it slowly and don't overdo it like I did LOL. Thanks for the prayers Cheryl!
