you're in a fishing town, shir, do it! not like I actually had to cook or anything. lol
are, i split it into two portions (I'm prolly going to have to eat something else in a bit) because I don't want to down all the shrimp in a single sitting... but it was good. I have to break it out before I forget everything I tossed in there. kale salad mix is dead to me until there's actual kale again. this is baby power greens, not bad.

Kat, we used to keep a boat and fished in the Gulf often. I would make ceviche with fresh red snapper, it was sooo delicious! I've never made it with fish from a market, but I do eat it when we dine out.
