I used the Cam machines yesterday at the gym so I can begin tightening up what is jiggling and to try to avoid loose skin later on after I lose my weight. I didn't think I was over-doing it, but my left arm hurts like I over-worked a tendon. So, I'll have to spend today working on stretching and getting it back to feeling alright. Which reminds me... I didn't stretch before/ after going to the gym to loosen up and get rid of built up lactic acids. MMMM-- I'll do this from here out. Yesterday was a great walk by the lake w/ the 7 pelicans, ducks, antelope, and I even had the chance to visit w/ a pretty green and orange turtle after I helped it? cross the road to get to the water. It's nice to get out and see all of the beautiful things that God has provided in nature!
