Fasted 22 hours. My friend came over again to walk and have dinner. I made two egg bakes, one with spinach and feta and one with peppers, onions, havarti and cheddar. Had smoked salmon, veggies with pimento cheese and a bagel thin with cream cheese, not pictured. It was all yummy.
