Down another pound this morning. Also I measured for the first time yesterday. That way at least I have a baseline for my measurements and can double check when the scale isn't co-operating.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2015:

I'm new to fatsecret. Is there a place to track measurements. I know this is also a critical way to measure instead of a scale. Usually, when the scale isn't going down like it should, my measurements are.

That's what I have been doing. However, I saved all the numbers on my notepad, in my phone, which ended up in the toilet. Literally.
