Fell asleep!

Yeees, if I am up later than normal, I get hungry again after dinner. So far, for me, if I wake up early and workout, I can hold off eating breakfast until 9am. This isn't always possible but it's my goal. Then I shoot for lunch around 12:30pm or 1. A snack around 3 and dinner by 6 or 6:30pm. If I am up past 10, I tend to get hungry. I eat a banana or just try to go to sleep...

Ya... Mostly I plan for a night snack (with a few rare deliberate misses), but this was an honest fell asleep type miss. The wife and I have been working diligently around the house for some time now. Up early, fresh air, working hard, calorie restricting.... Kinda wipes me out early... Then I wake up early and do it all over again!! How country life was meant to be! 🌄🏡😊
