I've been to the gym twice this week so far and I forced Matrimonial Plaything to go grocery shopping with me this weekend, so I've been great about sticking to the meal plan. No eating out this week. My work schedule is killing me though. I haven't had time/energy after I get home from all these long days/late nights to weigh in, record my food, record my exercise or even get a full 8 worth of sleep. I need to build in some automatic "early out" days from work so that I can have a little me time. The wild vacillations in my schedule are driving me to look to treats like Coke to maintain my sanity and I've been giving in.
I know I need to weigh in, but I'd rather do it in the morning since that's when I do all my weigh ins. For now, it's nerd night here and Chez Ertel so I've got to go clean house and make dinner.
