Well I have hesitated posting my holiday weight gain, but doing this right means being honest with myself. When I was driving to my sons for Christmas, I told myself I would stay faithful to my diet but guess what.....not.... sadly he ordered just for me, glazed croissants which they absolutely loved as kids at a childhood bakery and he found a place to make them for him. Oh my it was a mistake taking a bite which during stay ended up eating 3. I am now back on my low carb track and water intake, set a goal to get my 20 pounds off by my first anniversary. I am going to succeed!!!!!!!
