Went to kickboxing last night but it was not a great workout at all. I was so tired and not into it and the instructor was not the best. I usually burn 300 calories (I wear a HRM) but only burned 100 last night. BUT I did get myself there so that was half the battle. Didn't eat bad yesterday and did not have a 10pm snack like I usually do. My husband poured me a glass of wine and I didn't even finish it.
Not sure when I will be getting back to the gym this week but I am going to work on making it a priority and will make social plans after I have a workout plan set up.
Starting next week my office has cut our hours so I will not be working on Wednesday have already decided I will take a spin class in the morning.
Slowly but surely I will get back into an exercise program.

sorry you didn't have fun at kickboxing. but the most important is that you went there and try it! i hope you will enjoy better the spin class. I don't know how it works because I never went to a gym, but I'm sure you will find something you like...keep going buddy!
