yes I track all foods. good or bad food. no matter what it is. it says I can have 2100 calories and still lose weight. I try not to eat that many. I walk. usually twice a day. to make up for bad eating. which is terrible for me. so I walk. I have lost slow. not a lot. but it's coming. I don't weight often. don't want to get bummed out. I know for sure I haven't gained any. so keep at it. find what works for you. if u want fast results. you have to work harder at it. me,I jus make sure i walk

I have lost 375 pounds a few years ago and over the last year I have lost 100. I log everything just wondering if watermelon counts as water. I drink at least 100 oz of water every day so can I count watermelon as part of that.
