I gained a pound back. Don't think I drink enough water yesterday, the whey protein may have thrown me off from breakfast yesterday. I ate 100 grams of chicken and four cups of cabbage an hour before I went to bed, that may have been the result of that I woke up this morning and 88 Euge Fuji apple wondering if I should complete the day by eating 5 more apples. Doing a Apple day. Hoping I can go to budge. I do feel that I've lost some inches in my thighs and my belly. Just not showing up on the scale just yet
