OK, so I fell off my eating and exercise routing for the last 6 months and this weigh in is a huge motivation to get back on track! gained 15lbs since last May, I am disgusted with myself! short term goal... get back to at least 172 by May of this year!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
