I am really enjoying this strict calorie counting. I try to plan what I am going to eat before the day so I can budget my calories out accordingly. I am actually struggling to eat enough calories. I was hoping to maintain a daily average of between 1200 - 1600 RDI, but so far I am well under 1000 RDI. Maybe it will get better as time goes on. I think I should eat more, but I am not starving myself, in fact some meals I struggle to finish.
