Christiana's Journal, 13 January 2015

Got home late from work. It was already dark so I couldn't get any miles done for today. I also took a nap for an hour or so. Kinda tired today I guess.

I did get up and have some dinner. Leftover baked chicken breast with a sort of salsa verde made with jalapenos, green bell peppers and green onions, all on a low cal pita bread wrapped up like a burrito. Tasty and spicy tonight.

As for the soda vs water personal challenge I have with myself. I'm doing well. I drank one 20 oz diet coke at lunch with no refills, 9.5 cups of water and one cup of herbal tea.

That's all for now, going to bed.
