Feeling great after my 3 day detox and cleanse!!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1122 kcal Fat: 24.77g | Prot: 73.33g | Carb: 156.39g.   Breakfast: Hard-Boiled Egg , Protein Powder, Coffee with Skim Milk, Cinnamon , Porridge. Lunch: Miami Mango Atchar, KOO Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Woolworths Brown Basmati Rice. Dinner: McCain Country Crop, Braised Beef Liver, Onions , Cooked Mushrooms (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green Peppers (Chopped, Frozen) , Gem Squash. Snacks/Other: Dew Fresh Skim Milk, Freshpak Rooibos, Banana, Protein Powder, Coffee with Skim Milk, Bakers Ginger Nut Biscuits. more...
