Didn't have alot to eat last night but weight up! Definitely a 2 day cycle going off, I hope. Not a good week planned, overnight in Telford later & Indian on Thursday with Chris @ Dearne Electrical. I should be pleased but it's a pain!?!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
