Day 1 , on 500 calories. I struggled with breakfast when I went out to the olive mill with Marie. Settled for a green salad. I was very hungry by lunch but now I feel full . I think this will work. I need to work on fitting in all my foods.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
