Sincerely trust everyone has had a great weekend of staying on plan and doing the things that will assist them toward healthy eating and living.
As ALWAYS, thanks for everyone who posts, supports, and mails
encouragement...it truly means a LOT.

Also, just wanted to say to any of you who might look at my daily food intake, I generally just record it as 3 meals and a snack for the sake of simplicity, but almost always is consumed as 6 meals spaced about 3 hrs apart.
I have not truly experienced any hunger since sleeve surgery on Dec. 22.
Go to the nutritionist tomorrow to plan transition back to soft and then solid food. Have a wonderful week everyone and I probably post again on Wed.

You sound like a very strong person when you make up your mind. So happy for you keep it up.

Thank you so much, Char60. I think ALL of us are "very strong people" when we make up our minds !! One of the problems for me across the years is that just ONE day of giving in and eating OFF plan can UNDO 5 days of having my mind made up. One of the benefits to having bariatric surgery for many is that U just think: There is NO point in doing this surgery if I am NOT going to stay on plan the vast majority of time.
