I keep letting myself down. But I am not giving up. I have been doing a lot of child trauma healing and it has been the best decision. I am able to see clear how my patterns were developed and poor importantly, how I can change them. So here I am, on a strict Paleo diet (my doctor's orders), my labs showed an increase in my sugar levels. The goal is to reverse the pre-diabetic stage. God help me to take better care of myself.
