Gonna try keto for a week starting from today. Just to see what the result would be. My first keto breakfast. An egg and 2 chicken sausage, fried, 171 cals according to fs.

Thank you liv.😊 I have very little knowledge about keto other than I need to avoid carbs like sugar, pastries and sweet fruits. Any advice is welcome.

You will learn. I started where you are. I think it is easy to find stuff online. Lots of pages devoted to it. I used the food log in and kept my net carbs under 20.
