I had to make a quick trip to my pharmacy this morning. My milkman will come around 11 and its supposed to get hot so I went early and walked fast. I got my heart rate up to 161 and kept it up for most of the 40 minute walk. I need to up my calories today. Too low isnt good. Have a great Monday!
