totally goofed on my net carbs yesterday bc i'm sick and battling a bad cold/allergies. I went over the 20 net but I'm not too worried about it bc I only ate low carb and didn't give in to the urge to eat 7 cookies i really wanted.I had to many handfuls of cashews and one Atkins bar too many.. que sera right ? today is a new day. I'm still feeling yucky but hubby got up with me and made me bacon and eggs and even baked me a rotisserie chicken last night to have on hand. Its gonna taste great today! Here's to making the most out of a bad situation. :)
