In an idealistic world I would already be at my goal weight. Thank God it is not an idealistic world and that nobody is perfect. I have been flucuating a lot lately up and down for quite a few months. I have begun working out at the gym and I can see improvement. A friend and I are starting south beach over today; though, in 3 weeks I go on vacation, I will be eating good but it will not be perfect. I enjoy knowing that I can start over and I will never again gain as much weight as I let myself before. Good luck to everyone!
