since March 24th I have looged a caloric deficit of 31341. If I divide the total by the purported 3500 calories equals a pound, that is about 9 lbs. I have actually lost 13 lbs! I think that the success can be attributed to: keeping calm through weight fluctuations, adding zumba and weight training, zigzagging my calorie budget, and not dropping my calorie limit so low that I feel cranky and tired.
