Finally got around to writing a bio for my profile 😅

Thanks @jespes26 It's not always easy sharing, but I believe it's good to. You've certainly been through a lot of challenges yourself but seems like you're also at a stage where you're finally getting in control of things 🤗

Thank you for sharing, it always amazes me how we all have such different journeys with the common goal of losing weight or getting healthier and becoming the best version of ourselves. And I love that we all find different ways that suit us best to do just that. Best of luck with the rest of your journey, you really seem to be doing wonderfully, you should be very proud of yourself🥰😁

Thank you @CharmaineSchmidt 😊 Yes its amazing how we are all so different and have a different journey. @JLO1705 This is the 2nd time I've seriously quit drinking - the first time was VERY difficult and junk food got me through it (was sober 4.5 years). This time my main struggle is with the food. Though after a year of being carnivore, my habits have changed a lot too. So everything is a little easier now.
