Cheat day! I'm definitely going above my calorie goals today. I'm visiting my nana for the first time since before COVID hit. I've wanted to see her so badly. It's her 89th birthday. she's struggling with two kinds of cancer and just recovered from COVID herself. Life has been really rough, but being able to see her is a blessing I'm truly thankful for.
