Stayed on track today and was able to burn 1,000 calories above my BMR. Considering I can only workout at home, I'd say that's pretty good. Feeling really motivated.

Woohoo! My weight loss has been slow, but I am sticking to the program and that alone is making me feel better. It has to come off at some point, huh? Keep up the good work!
