So I'm going to try for real to be back on this plan of getting slim. I have made a resolution to stop smoking though its hard I have my nic gum and its doing me just fine. I still have had the odd smoke but it's not ruling me. I did get on my pilates machine the other day which was great and went swimming last night with the family. Which we have been trying to do every Sunday even if we are tired, we never regret doing it. We go at night after dinner before the kids go to bed and they sleep better so everyone wins. With all the renovations we have and are still doing in my home its going to be good to get something going for me again. With my hubby leaving for school in March there is still a lot to get done before he leaves. Its been stressful and the lack of sun has be taking a tole on my mood. So some exercise and better eating should help things go a bit more smoothly.
