So I signed up for another 5K on memorial day and my goal is a 24 minute PR 😁😁 I have been doing 400m stride repeats at a 8 min / mile pace and it's been going well. It was difficult when I started doing them back in Feb / Mar, when I could only do 4 repeats, now I'm up to 8.
I love running, it makes me feel so strong, especially when I have been training so hard. Even if I don't meet the 24 min goal, I will most certainly beat my PR, which was just under 26 minutes.
Now if I could just get my eating under control 🙃
