I did it! I went skating! I have to look up and see how many calories I may have burned for at least an hour of skating.. WhOooot hooot.. I had fun.. and I did not fall down.. But I did break a nail and got a blood blister on my finger.

I am so proud of you, Sherry! Skating sounds like such fun. I'm sorry about your nail and finger, but it is amazing to me that you didn't fall down - not even once! You apparently possess more grace than I've ever had! I'm sure you burned up more than a few calories. Burning calories while enjoying yourself is definitely the way to go! Hugs!
