Fell off the diet for a bit there, but now I am thoroughly back on! I had a cast party Saturday night, and I allowed myself to eat what I wanted (all pizza, cookies, soda and juice - I had like four or five cookies and a cup or two of Fanta soda). Then, of course, with the leftover cookies at home... And the next day was Mother's day. Eggs Benedict for breakfast, than I made my mother Lavender Shortbread cookies. Pigged on those Sunday and Monday, but I've kicked them now, so my mother can have the rest :) Yesterday, I don't think I ate badly, I just didn't make any conscious effort or keep track. Anyways, back on the diet and with the game plan now. I'm going to the gym today, we'll see if my detour did any damage to my weight. I definitely feel like I gained back that inch or two I had lost.
