I just ate a pancake on a stick with sugar syrup! I feel like a failure...

Don't feel guilty cause that only makes you feel worse and then want to eat more! (at least for some people, myself included) LOL. Just let it go, try to eat something healthy starting now. Count it towards your calorie allotment for the day and then forget about it. You'll be fine.

I think it's okay to feel guilty AS LONG as you DON'T GIVE UP! Just get right back in the saddle, say "it's okay I did it, but I won't do it too often" and continue. We have to enjoy life along with this process, or we will not reach our goals. Once losing weight becomes tedious, we tend to quit. Make it fun. Enjoy the ride.
