Day 25:
It was hard, but I forced myself to work out just a little bit harder than yesterday. I'm certainly pushing myself to my limit. I think maybe tomorrow will be a rest day? Not sure... I'll see how my muscles are feeling in the morning.
I was about average on the nutrition front. I didn't eat anything terrible--but I could have done better. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
