Things are coming along well. Last weekend's partying taught me the lesson of being utterly strict with my diet and no-drinking. I somehow also got a little out of my workign out regimen, despite goign 8 days continuously up until last Friday.

My personal trainer sessions began Tuesday, and I've had two so far, so it's good. He's shown me some machines, made me run longer on the treadmill (about 5 mins and 3 mins bursts of runs in a 10 min period, totalling to close to a mile or a mile in 12 mins), and showed me better form with the weights. But it's nothing like Jillian or Bob..so I need to "have a talk" with him tomorrow! He needs to up the ante on my workouts!!! He needs to give me homework! He needs to have concrete goals for me for days with him and days on my own! I have completed 3 sessions (one was a fitness assessment), and have about 7-9 more to go, so time's running by fast, and I need to get good with ALL the machines, free weights, better form on running, learning to build my core for running, use the abs ball, learn to do push ups, and learn exercises to improve my flexibility.

I made a very detailed workout plan today for the next 8 weeks, that incorporates a running program for 3 days of the week, modeled after the C2K program. 3 other days I have my workout with the trainer, and the remaining hour each day, he needs to assign me homework with specific core training and weight training.

My diet has been on track. Daily it's scrambled eggs for breakfast (or if I'm running late, I grab 15 almonds and a L/c cheese). 1 coffee with cream. 1 glass of soy milk + half serving protein mix, and in the evening I have a veggie stir fry. I had about 1 tbsp of lite soy sauce today (600 mg of sodium), so don't know if I'll see a gain on the scale tomorrow! Need to drink two bottles of water tonight to try and flush out the salt.

buddy! look at your graphy! I just noticed that it looks like a swinging rope! LOL i wanna see it dip down even lower now...feel the burn in your lower thighs as the blue dots drop even further...just take a deep breath and push toward the last few miles! SORRY! I'VE BEEN LISTENING TO TOO MANY EXERCISE VIDEOS! NOW I'M GOING TO START TALKING LIKE THEY DO! hee heee!
