A bout of flu and on cortisone and antibiotics for my chest this week. I am Determined to soldier on towards my next goal of 75 on the scale. I always battle when I am on cortisone as it makes me super hungry. It’s super cold here as well so I will fill up with healthy soup instead of other carbs.
