Well, COVID has hit the household. Next couple of weeks weight loss will be on the back burner. Time to make sure we are getting enough nutrients to fight this thing off.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
