My favorite time is my before bed snacks when I’m scouring the cabinets for whatever foods I can put together to max out my macros. Tuna, pickles, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit, vegetables, cereal, oatmeal….nothing is off limits. Am I the only one that does this?
