Today, I'm getting back on the horse and starting again. It's been a year and change (started in March of '10) at a very sad 220. Although I lost a lot, I am still not seeing the changes I want to see. So, I'm making my goal greater!!! Today starts a brand new day--from this day forward, I'm tracking daily...and including exercise. (I haven't exercised since February....
