Three weeks of a plateau …can we say discouraging?
176.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I agree I’ll watch the diary entry closer this week as well as more walking. I want to start the next half of my weight loss journey.

Just something to consider. If you have an exercise routine or even just walking that you do repititiously your body eventually becomes very EFFICIENT at doing it which typically translates to less calorie burn. With that in mind, evaluate your eating pattern and activity and see if shaking things up will help get the scale moving again.
