Went to WW today! Yeah! Loved the leader, Lori. She made a good point today. This COULD BE the LAST TIME I have to lose this weight. I have the power to keep from gaining it back by staying with the exercise, journaling, and coming to meetings...just like AA. Isn't it refreshing to know that this could be my last time to have to lose weight?????
