Very good. I read your profile and was so pleased that you addressed the fact that you are setting the foundation for how your children will start their lives. If all they see is fast food, junk food, and obesity it sets a tone for what is normal. Generational obesity is a huge issue as well as generational type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease. The cholesterol and obesity issue in children is so prominent that it is now being suggested that at risk kids start being tested at about age 10. One of the saddest things I saw as an ER nurse was a 10 or 12 year old kid who came to my ER full artist— massive MI. He did not survive. Entire family was obese and he was really big as well. . I applaud you trying to be a good example setter
