I'm still too heavy today. I think I just need to really focus on what I'm eating. I may be just putting on some muscle, but I'm not sure. At least my clothes don't fit any differently. I had a good workout last night with yoga.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
