Disappointing but understandable morning weigh in of 209.6. Ate 1780 calories yesterday (and a more than a 1400 calorie deficit) but my sodium intake was through the roof at 5200 plus due to ham, pepperoni, pickles, and olives. Drank a lot of water but need to do more. Will do 16:8 IF today but not a workout in a fasted state because my daughter has put in an order for brunch at the Elkridge Furnace Inn. We have noon reservations. I will get in some treadmill time later in the day. Have a nice Sunday!
