I feel like my weight is going no where beside up how can I fix that

The biggest thing that’s helped me is counting calories and paying attention not only to that, but the % of fat, carb, and protein each day. You may already be doing that, but I could not make any progress at all until I started logging everything I ate and keeping it under my goal calories. I thought I was eating healthier before that, but I wasn’t really.

I did that in the past just need to get back to making sure I log my food intake. I've lost 50lbs but gained back 10 so that's a little disappointing.
