Just reading my previous journals and...guess what...I DID gain all the weight back that I'd lost, just like I said in my last entry in October. I've just been eating and eating and eating with no exercise...what do I expect? Back at it again....going through the first few day doldrums....sore from exercising (especially Taekwondo...it's HARD!) and headaches from cutting back on carbs or something! I WILL survive though....I'm going to follow a simple plan of journaling EVERYTHING I eat, and exercising. Just want to see the scale go down gradually and be fitter when I turn 40 in January than I am now! I have to learn that this journaling thing and this exercise thing are going to have to become life long habits. I CAN DO IT!!!!
