I have been cheating like crazy! Cookies cakes Big Mac yesterday milkshakes very little healthy food I've gained 10 pounds in a week my belly is extended I keep telling myself I'll do better tomorrow and I haven't been I probably ate 30 cookies yesterday if not more I am trying to get myself through the holiday the depression so far has been good however I am feeling a little isolated and like I said nobody loves me I think I'll go eat worms instead I'm eating crap love yourself love yourself love yourself just for you are just for today with things okay pray pray pray help somebody else keep your hands busy so you can't pick up food for god sakes!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 90.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.8 lb a week

Well you need to stop that right now. New year, new you! Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". Go to amazon.com and check out reviews for a book called "becks diet solution". It's not a diet but a book that helps us change our thinking and behaviors toward food. This is a life long journey and it takes time to make changes.
