I forgot to include this in myself with-in update. Finally got my rowing chains assembled. It feels good, though it will be a slower than expected process to integrate into daily routine. However, at the moment how diff is it to work in 5-10 min of effort. Ha ha ha. I’m looking for ward to getting fitter.

Ha ha ha. Thanks Tim. Just getting started and unsurprising, though embarrassing, to acknowledge how out of shape I am. Nice thing to report is I was motivated to push a little today. Some of the old fire popped it’s head. Was nice, but a lot more work to go. Not to compete but maybe later in the summer, when you’re not biking to and fro, we can devise a row some place. It’ll only take me twice or three times as long to get there 😆
